Day 1:So far, sooo good

Mood: Good

Energy Level: Good


breakfast- sunrise cereal, soy milk, blueberries, cookie

snack- banana, cherries, kind bar

lunch-garden burger, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, goddess dressing, Pepsi can

snack-1 carrot stick, celery with PB

dinner- Anne’s frozen tamale dinner (yeah Cinco de Mayo), Pepsi can

snack-Coconut milk ice cream bar


I feel really great today. Like, really good. I’ve read a bunch on how it feels to be vegan, but there is really nothing like experiencing it first hand.

I haven’t felt bloated or heavy all day. I’ve had no lower belly pains or aches. My energy level is high and I feel like clean.

I don’t feel like I’ve gone hungry all day, or even like I’m missing out on something.

I let myself have Pepsi (yay still vegan!) and indulged in some vegan cookies and ice cream when I felt like I wanted some sweet stuff.

All in all, it was a good day. I even took my boys to the park to play.
